Website Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. About Keymore and this website

This website is operated by Keymore Construction Limited (“Keymore”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a private limited company registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI053247.

Registered office: Carrick House, 4 Downshire Close, Downshire Road, Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland, BT34 1FD
Email: info@keymoreconstruction.com
Telephone: +44 (0)28 3083 8867

2. Information, enquiries and contracts

The website provides general information about Keymore, its services, sectors, experience and projects. Website content is not professional, technical, engineering, safety, procurement, financial or legal advice. It is not an offer, tender, quotation, warranty or promise to enter into a contract.

Any construction, consultancy, supply, hire, employment or other contract is subject to separate written terms agreed by authorised parties. If these Terms conflict with an expressly agreed written contract, that contract governs the relevant service or transaction.

3. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care when preparing website content, but project information may be summarised and circumstances can change. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You should obtain written confirmation before relying on information for a project or commercial decision.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free availability.

4. Permitted use

You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own lawful, non-commercial information. You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms Keymore, another person or the website’s operation;
  • attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, probe security, overwhelm services or interfere with another user;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or personal information except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • misrepresent an association with Keymore or use website material to create a misleading endorsement;
  • copy, republish, sell, license or commercially exploit website content without permission.

Nothing in these Terms restricts legitimate search-engine indexing or lawful quotation with appropriate acknowledgement.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Keymore or its licensors own the copyright and other intellectual-property rights in the website, including text, design, branding, graphics, photographs, video and project material. Some project imagery or marks may belong to clients, consultants, photographers, suppliers or other third parties and may not be reused without the relevant owner’s permission.

“Keymore” and associated branding must not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval or affiliation without prior written consent.

6. External links and third-party content

The website may link to or display content supplied by third parties, including LinkedIn and Elfsight. Links are provided for convenience and do not amount to endorsement. We do not control external websites, their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains necessary and optional technologies and how to change your choices.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the paragraph above and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Keymore is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content; loss caused by events outside our reasonable control; loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings or data; or indirect or consequential loss connected with use of, or inability to use, the website.

If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

9. Security and linking to us

You may link fairly and lawfully to the website in a way that does not damage our reputation or imply an association that does not exist. We may ask you to remove a link where it is misleading, unlawful or harmful.

You are responsible for using suitable device, browser and security protections. Please report suspected website security issues privately to info@keymoreconstruction.com.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our business or the law. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter a separately signed contract.

11. Governing law and courts

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute connected with the website are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law entitles a person to bring proceedings elsewhere.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be sent to info@keymoreconstruction.com or to our registered office.
