This website serves people and organisations in the United Kingdom, Ireland and elsewhere. We apply the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR and Irish data-protection requirements.

- enquiry and correspondence information, including project requirements, service interests and messages sent by form, email, telephone or social media;

- information visible through our Google Business Profile, LinkedIn page or other public business channels when you contact or interact with us there.
Please do not send special-category or highly sensitive information through the general contact form unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate way to submit it.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the necessity and proportionality of the processing and the effect on your rights. We do not use information submitted through this website for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Where information comes from
We usually receive information directly from you. We may also receive it from your employer or organisation, project partners, professional advisers, publicly available business sources, recruitment channels, our service providers, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, or technical/security systems used to operate the website.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only where needed and subject to appropriate safeguards. Recipients may include:
- authorised Keymore personnel;
- website, hosting, security, email, form and IT providers, including WP Engine, Cloudflare and Gravity Forms service components;
- Google reCAPTCHA, used to protect the contact form from spam and abuse;
- Google Analytics 4, only if it is configured and you consent to analytics;
- Elfsight and LinkedIn, only when you consent to and load the LinkedIn feed;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors and other parties involved in a proposed or actual business transaction;
- courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies and public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where data-protection law requires it, we use an applicable adequacy regulation or decision, approved contractual clauses (including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum where relevant), or another lawful transfer safeguard. 7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, insurance and claims requirements. Our usual guide is:
- general website enquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless the enquiry develops into a business relationship;
- unsuccessful recruitment applications: normally up to 12 months after the process ends, unless a longer period is agreed;
- website security and diagnostic logs: normally up to 12 months, unless an incident requires longer investigation;
- client, supplier, project and contractual records: generally six years after the relevant relationship or transaction, and up to 12 years where a deed, contractual requirement or potential claim makes that appropriate;
- cookie choices: normally six months, after which we ask again.
We may retain information for longer where required by law, an active dispute, a regulatory requirement or a documented business need.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing.

10. Children
This website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly use the website to collect personal information from children.
11. External websites and social platforms
Links and embedded services are governed by the privacy practices of their respective operators. When optional external content is available, it remains blocked until you choose to load it. Your activity after following an external link is outside Keymore’s control.
