This project comprised of a mix of residential (a portion for social housing) and commercial units which demonstrates Keymore’s agility in mixed use developments. Keymore was on site for 12 months. Due to circumstances beyond its control Keymore started 2 months later than programmed. By effective scheduling and with communication with the client, Keymore completed 6 weeks early to deliver within the original projected timeframe.

Project context

Malahide Road is a mixed-use development in County Dublin comprising residential accommodation, including a social-housing portion, alongside commercial units. The combination demonstrates the coordination required when different uses and completion needs share the same development programme.

Keymore was on site for 12 months. Circumstances outside Keymore’s control meant the work began two months later than programmed.
